On the Trust Score, scores marked provisional contain trust dimensions scored from available public information rather than direct account verification. How often is the data updated?
The current dataset was verified in June 2026 and is dated accordingly on every page and profile. iOS ratings and update dates come from the Apple iTunes Search API, queried at each update cycle. Trustpilot scores and live provider data are collected manually and verified before use. Operators change app versions, provider contracts, and Trustpilot positions — we re-verify the dataset periodically and update scores and the reference date when changes are confirmed.
